Hey hey, I’m Thaty! 👋🏼
The photographer behind Thaty Cargnelutti Photography 📸

A few little things about me:

✨ I’m Brazilian 🇧🇷 and I’ve been calling Auckland, New Zealand home for over 10 years now 🇳🇿

✨ My photography journey started after becoming a mum for the first time. I fell in love with capturing all those little moments that pass far too quickly, and somehow that love became my career.

✨ I’m married and I’m a very proud mama of three beautiful boys.

✨ My twins came into the world at just 31 weeks. After having COVID at 30 weeks pregnant and going through a very challenging pregnancy, I’m incredibly grateful to God for our story and everything we overcame together. 🙏🏼

✨ Before photography, I graduated in Physical Education and played volleyball at university! 🏐 Sport was a huge part of my life.

✨ I’m definitely a people person. My favourite part of photography isn’t just creating beautiful images , it’s getting to know the people in front of my camera, hearing their stories and watching their families grow.

✨ One of the most special things about this job is when you come back. From maternity to newborn, first birthdays, new babies and growing families… knowing you trust me again and again to document your story means more than I can say. 🥹🤍

CLIENT WARDROBE — SUNSET & LOCATION EDITION 🌅

Imagine golden light, a beautiful flowing dress and your family wrapped around you, without the stress of wondering what on earth you’re going to wear.

My client wardrobe includes a selection of flattering dresses and outfits chosen especially for maternity, newborn and family sessions. They photograph beautifully outdoors and are designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and completely yourself.

You’re welcome to visit my studio around two weeks before your session and choose three outfits to try. We can look at the colours, textures and shapes together and find what will work beautifully with your location and the rest of your family’s clothing.

After your session, I’ll take everything home and wash it, ready for the next client, so you can simply wear it, feel incredible and enjoy the experience.

I know how hard it can be to find something flattering to wear at the end of pregnancy because nothing in your wardrobe seems to fit 🫣🤪

But a beautiful outfit can help you feel like the gorgeous, badass, baby-growing goddess you are, even if you haven’t felt that way throughout your pregnancy. 😅

That’s why I’ve invested in a whole client wardrobe for you, so you don’t have to buy something you may only wear once.

Around two weeks before your session, you’re welcome to visit my studio and choose three outfits. ❤️

For a mum of two or more, one of the most important parts of a maternity session is making sure your little ones feel safe, seen, and included. 🤍

We let them guide the session — giving them time to explore, cuddle Mum, play, laugh, and simply enjoy being together.

Because this session isn’t only about celebrating a new baby on the way… it’s about capturing your family exactly as it is in this beautiful season, just before it grows again. 🥹💓

I’m so grateful to be part of this beautiful family’s journey once again and to capture another chapter as their family grows. 🤍
