ACPD 2025 is Tomorrow – Get Ready!

A quick reminder: there will be another photography event happening at the same time at the Botanical Gardens, so it’s especially important that we all help keep the space safe and organized.

What you need to know:

✔️ Check in upon arrival and wear your lanyards at all times while at the event. This helps us ensure everyone's safety and makes it easier to identify fellow attendees.

❌ No realistic-looking props or accessories, especially weapons. Let’s all help maintain a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.

⭐ Photographers, please be mindful of your equipment setup, shared spaces, and the general public. Courtesy goes a long way!

Please also take a moment to carefully read where HQ is located and make sure you sign in on the day — it’s super important for coordination and safety.
