Bush walks and swimming on the Island early Friday as the storm came in. The stream at The Cascades, Whakanewha Regional Park was already full and the falls gushing, such a beautiful spot for a dip. Then swimming in the rain in the warm sea ☺️
We loved our time in the Island there shooting for 🙌
Things sure got wilder as the day wore on, our ferry back delayed then driving back to West Auckland through the deluge and flooded roads. Finn went out boogie boarding with a friend we picked up in the way in whose home had flooded. What a time! Hope everyone doing okay?!

In Home Newborn Lifestyle Session 💕

After a Maternity shoot with Charm and Elias it was so lovely to connect again post birth and meet their sweet baby. No dad in the shoot this time 😅 instead proud new Nan - how beautiful their connection☺️and mum's best friend - this bubba is so loved!

It’s been a long while since posting here! I find it challenging to have the time to make posts as much as I’d like to share what I’ve been shooting! I can’t keep up with nor sure I want to try to or even support 'fast media consumption' … art takes time and juice! So I will just share as I can and want to. That said feeling to round off the year with some favorite shoots!
I appreciate everyone here so much and thank you for supporting me! I am doing sessions, being a solo mum, teaching yoga.. it’s heaps and I feel so lucky to do what I do and have what I have! Thanks so much for being here.

Happy New Year everyone 🙂, its been a little while since I've posted but there's been lots happening and I'm excited to share some recent work 📷

Here is an environmental portrait session I shot with Matthis, Pakour artist, at Anawhata Beach 🙌 this Dec.

My intent was to document Matthis, pakour and the connection to the environment.
I met Matthis on the dance floor and when he started rolling out some dolphin dives - I saw skills! After chatting we set up a shoot and I introduced him to Anawhata - one of our amazing Wild West Coast Beaches.

Was such a fun shoot and we managed to just flow into everything that presented itself and play around with possibilities then move onto the next thing. Lots of funny moments, like me trying to hold my ground as he runs and flips towards camera - I may have possibly screamed..🙄

Sneak Peak images for my gorgeous friend Za Idelon who rocked this shoot! We had an amazing early morning session out at the West Coast and had a heap of fun running wild up and down the beach and into the forest before too many people arrived... I'll share some more beautiful images soon.

My intention is to create something that communicates the harmony between human creation and Nature. I discovered macrame art one of the oldest techniques in the world. I harmonised these techniques with crystals which I believe are a gift from Mother Nature.
