To bring this vision together commercially, I am looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing who can think like a CEO.

We need someone who can:
✅ Lead high-stakes B2B pitches to NGOs and corporate houses.
✅ Build a premium brand experience for our wedding clients.
✅ Create sponsorship models for our podcast and documentaries.

We are building the future of creative education in Nepal. And we need a builder.

Tasveer is evolving from a production house into a multi-vertical media ecosystem. We have six business units: Studio, Academy, Weddings, Talks, Tech, and Documentary.

Tasveer Academy is our education and workforce development wing. We exist to build Nepal's professional creative workforce—not just photographers and videographers, but editors, colorists, sound designers, production managers, and every role that powers the creative economy.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us as a builder, partner, and future leader.

This is not a job. This is a leadership pipeline.

The COO will be groomed to become the CEO of Tasveer Academy—subject to performance, commitment, and measurable milestones. This is an opportunity to build an institution from the ground up and lead it into the future.

What you will do:
Build operational systems from scratch
Launch and scale cohorts
Build and lead a team
Shape the student experience
Drive revenue and profitability
Expand the Academy's offerings beyond our core four courses

10 years of leadership experience in operations, business, or education
