दोलखा स्थायी घर भई हाल हेलम्बु गाउँपालिका–१, तेम्बाथाङ, सिन्धुपाल्चोकमा परिवारसँग बसोबास गर्दै आउनुभएका श्री कार्साङ शेर्पा हाल गम्भीर स्वास्थ्य समस्यासँग संघर्षरत हुनुहुन्छ। हालै गरिएको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षणबाट उहाँलाई आन्द्राको क्यान्सर (Colorectal Cancer)भएको पुष्टि भएको छ। यसका साथै उहाँ जन्डिस (Jaundice)र मधुमेह (Diabetes) बाट समेत पीडित हुनुहुन्छ।
परिवारको प्रमुख अभिभावक तथा आर्थिक आधारस्तम्भका रूपमा रहनुभएका कार्साङजीको स्वास्थ्य अवस्था जटिल बन्दै गएपछि उहाँको परिवार अहिले गहिरो मानसिक, भावनात्मक र आर्थिक संकटमा परेको छ। क्यान्सर जस्तो जटिल रोगको उपचार प्रक्रिया अत्यन्तै लामो र खर्चिलो हुने भएकाले आवश्यक उपचारका लागि लाग्ने खर्च परिवारको क्षमताभन्दा धेरै बाहिर पुगिसकेको छ।

Mr. Karsang Sherpa, originally from Dolakha and currently residing with his family in Helambu Rural Municipality–1, Tembathang, Sindhupalchok, Nepal, is currently battling a serious health condition. Following recent medical examinations, he has been diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer (Colon Cancer). In addition, he is also suffering from jaundice and diabetes, making his condition even more critical.
As the primary breadwinner and pillar of his family, Mr. Sherpa's sudden illness has placed his loved ones under immense emotional and financial strain. The treatment for cancer is both lengthy and extremely expensive, and the medical expenses have already exceeded the family's financial capacity.
