Finally fixed the Toppalax camera and will be soon continuing experimenting with it! 📷✨

The part took a while to arrive, but I finally installed a new optical home switch sensor since the one for the R-axis was broken. Ready to get back to some 3D testing! 🛠️🚀

I have recently inherited a wonderful collection featuring 500 U-matic tapes, some Super 8, and various other formats. The entire content is focused on magic and magicians. These will now join the rest of the archive, expanding it to over 4,000 analog tapes. :D

My autostereoscopic LVT/Filmwriter is also getting a major upgrade this year: color exposure capability in addition to its current black-and-white workflow.

On the software side, a few improvements will be needed since color exposures will be made in three separate passes. I'll also need to calibrate the contrast curves for each channel to achieve accurate color reproduction.

Mechanically, though, I already have a solid plan. The design is inspired by the old Agfa Procolor film writers, using an RGB filter wheel to expose each color channel in sequence.

I'm looking forward to bringing this machine into the color era.
