A question we've been getting a lot lately is, "Should I buy the DJI Mini 5 Pro or the DJI Lito X1?"
The short answer is that they're both excellent drones. It just depends on what you want to do with them.
If your main focus is photography and video, the Mini 5 Pro is the better choice. It has a larger 1-inch camera sensor, so you'll get better image quality, especially in low light. It also supports native vertical shooting, which is perfect if you create content for Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
The Lito X1 is aimed at people who want an amazing drone without spending quite as much. It still has fantastic image quality, excellent obstacle avoidance and all of DJI's latest intelligent flight features. For most people, it's going to do everything they need.
So here's how we'd put it,
If you want the best camera you can get in a sub-250 g drone, go for the Mini 5 Pro.
If you want outstanding performance and the best value for money, the Lito X1 is hard to beat!
