If you’re heading down the motorway between Falkirk and Grangemouth, keep your eyes out for these two 👀. These are the Kelpies - the largest equine structure in the world. And they really are impressive!

Standing at 100ft tall, this sculpture by Andy Scott represents the history of the use of horses in Scottish industry, pulling wagons, barges and coalships around the region. The Kelpies’ name refers to the mythological transforming beasts that possess the strength and endurance of 100 horses. 🐴

At less than an hours drive away from Edinburgh, they’re easy to get to on an afternoon trip. Next time you’re in Scotland, these are definitely not to be missed! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
