"Through the Clouds"
During my recent hike to Kjerag, high above Lysefjorden, I was treated to some truly beautiful conditions. Kjerag is a massive cliff that plunges 984 metres (3,228 ft) almost straight down into the fjord.
My hike began at sunrise, and the ever-changing morning light continuously transformed the landscape. Low clouds, drifting with the wind, were revealing and concealing the view, while the morning sun occasionally broke through, creating a spectacular atmosphere. This picture was taken a few hours after sunrise, but it is one of my favorites from the trip because of that dramatic view framed through the hazy layer of clouds.
This is one of a few photos I'll be sharing from that trip, and tomorrow will be something much more moody ;) so, buckle up😁

A collection of photos taken during my winter walks over the past few months. This winter and early spring were unusually foggy, creating many beautiful scenes in my local woodland. Now, I can’t wait for the flowers to bloom, the green leaves and life to burst all around. I am sooooo ready for spring and summer!
