🌊 OCEAN NOMAD - THALASSOPHILE 🌊

«They ask where I belong... In the ocean!» I answer.

«Which ocean?» they wonder.

«The nearest one,» I smile.

«But you’re between Norway and Australia all the time!»

«Exactly. Home is wherever I can swim beneath the surface, where the noise fades, time slows, and I reconnect with what truly matters.»

When I’m underwater, borders disappear. Whether it’s the cold Norwegian waters or Australia’s vibrant reefs, I find myself in that suspended moment of love and wonder.

Slettaa Dykkerklubb er stolte av å ha fått æren av å tilrettelegge for Kyster er Klar – et nasjonalt arrangement som fokuserer på å fremme bevissthet om kystmiljøet og bærekraftig bruk av våre viktige kystområder.

Vi bidrar spesielt med aktiviteter og opplevelser for barn og ungdom, den kommende generasjonen som skal ta vare på kysten vår i fremtiden.

Sammen jobber vi for en renere, tryggere og mer bærekraftig kyst!

Slettaa Dykkerklubb is proud to have been given the opportunity to facilitate for Kyster er Klar (coastal readiness)– a national initiative focused on raising awareness about the coastal environment and sustainable use of our important coastal areas.

We are especially involved in activities and experiences for children and youth, the next generation who will take care of our coast in the future.

Together, we are working towards a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable coastline!

My friend and dive buddy Anne Mari took my picture with her a camera she masters with ease and has outgrown in the sense of creating the «exact» results she in her mind wants to take.

It is a beautiful journey of growth and contribution, spending time underwater - together- to «capture» what it is really like in the world of water.

Having the capabilities to explore and share OUR Ocean is the greatest gift.
