Let’s take a journey to the fishing village of Nusfjord and 🙌
I’ve had the pleasure of calling this my home for the past 4 days and it exeeded my expectations!
Super friendly and helpfull staff and the quality of my rorbu was immaculate. In Nusfjord they have several restaurants and a bakery. The bakery is (unfortunately for my sweet tooth) only open during high season. There is a really nice vibe to Nusfjord, quite, calm and a space to escape from the hustle and bustle of driving around chasing killer compositions!
I loved my stay and can’t wait to go back!

This is the first photo in a series I call "Peaks of Lofoten" hope you enjoy it! Today I’ve gotten a year older. The past year was filled with a lot of ups and downs, but I feel like I’ve gotten stronger from the downs. Posting hasn’t been as consistent as I like, but I am doing this for me, however selfish that may hear!

is today. I kind of feel like this image can illustrate how our minds sometimes works. Whether your thoughts are chaos or you can’t quite understand what it is that it’s trying to tell you.

Our mental health is just as important as our physical, but it’s oftentimes neglected. Why is that? Are people afraid of being perceived as weak, are they afraid of not being heard/believed? I honestly do not know, for me it wasn’t an issue telling my doctor and family, but for a lot of people it is! Please help normalize mental healt issues, we lose too many people to illnesses caused by it, and in my opinion a lot of the losses could have been prevented.
To all of those who are going through something or have gone through something, you’re strong!

This image also reflects my journey a bit over the last year. I eventually understood that if I were going to get better, I had to change things. The things that made me unhappy etc.
This is not my usual style of photography and I wouldn’t have taken it if I didn’t dare to change and try something new!
Change isn’t going to magically fall into your lap, you have to take measures to ensure it happens!
