Un relato de invierno y altura 🏔❄️
Durante los últimos años, mi trabajo se ha centrado en capturar la esencia de los Picos de Europa. Este lugar no es solo un destino, es mi escuela y mi estudio. He recorrido estas cimas buscando su lado más salvaje, a menudo en las condiciones más exigentes, cámara en mano 📸.
Muchas de las imágenes que he logrado son fruto de largas jornadas invernales, cargando con una mochila de 18 kilos de equipo a la espalda 🎒. Ese peso no es solo material; es el precio de la preparación necesaria para trabajar a temperaturas bajo cero 🌡. He fotografiado el Parque Nacional bajo la nieve y el hielo, a veces buscando refugio en una tienda de campaña ⛺️, cuando el entorno es más hostil pero también más impactante.
Cada fotografía es un recuerdo de la paciencia, la resistencia y el respeto profundo por esta naturaleza indómita. Desde el corazón del Macizo Central hasta sus rincones más alejados, mi objetivo ha sido siempre capturar la dignidad y la belleza de estas montañas.
Espero que, al ver mis imágenes, podáis apreciar no solo el paisaje, sino también el esfuerzo y la pasión que hay detrás de cada captura.
A tale of winter and altitude
Over the last few years, my work has focused on capturing the essence of the Picos de Europa. This place is not just a destination; it is my school and my studio. I have traversed these peaks seeking their wildest side, often in the most demanding conditions.
Many of the images I have achieved are the result of long winter days, carrying an 18-kilo backpack of equipment. That weight is not just gear; it is the price of the preparation necessary to work in sub-zero temperatures. I have photographed the National Park under snow and ice, when the environment is at its most hostile but also its most striking.
Each photograph is a memory of patience, endurance, and deep respect for this untamed nature. From the heart of the Central Massif to its remotest corners, my goal has always been to capture the dignity and beauty of these mountains.
I hope that, upon seeing my images, you can appreciate not only the landscape but also the effort and passion that lie behind every capture.
