Did someone say Drag Race? 🏁

We lined up the Honda CB750 E-Clutch against the 2025 CB750 Hornet with its OEM Quickshifter. Both bikes had the same settings, apart from their different shifting systems.

The E Clutch came out ahead in the initial runs. But then we switched off the traction control on the 2025 Hornet, and things got interesting. 👀

But how many have actually tried it? 👀 From people who think the bike does everything for you to riders who wouldn’t even consider trying it, we’ve all heard the arguments.

Hold the d̶o̶o̶r̶ dots •••

Can’t believe track season is over already, no I haven’t planned a trackday in warmer countries during the winter. Will use the money to focus on joining the Ladies Cup, The New Racing Force instead!

So many things happened this year that feel dull and life changing at the same time. For example:

1. I have been saying I wanted to ride on TT Assen for 3 years before actually doing it. This year was the first time.

2. I didn’t want tire warmers because it means investing more time and effort. I like to keep things simple, but you get more value out of the session instead.

3. Never imagined I would join a race, and participated in 3!

I wanted to stop putting money into my 19-year-old bike because it is aging, but what the heck. We are made for each other! And for a first year riding on the big track ending up with a PR of 2.05 is very promising! Let’s see what the 2027 season will bring.
