Why the Italian name Farantini? On a late chilly night his parents were watching a classic Italian movie and didn’t had a name for their new-born son. Suddenly they heard.. “Victorio Farantini” and the rest was history. Farantini Djalis is originally a Surinam mix that has been born and raised in the Netherlands. Farantini is currently finishing his BSc of Commercial Economics at the University of
Applies Sciences in Amsterdam. Alongside of his studies, he has been perfecting his talent as an event photographer since 2008. Although, event photography is his speciality, he has mastered different lighting techniques from his experience as a wedding photographer, portrait photographer and a landscape photographer. Community lifestyle agency ‘Connecting The Scene’ was his first employer as an event photographer. Working for this agency has provided him with the experience at the biggest urban, dancehall events, and house festivals in the Netherlands. In 2013 he worked on his skills and competencies in Surinam for seven months and later returned with new leading projects. These new international projects in United Arab Emirates, Canada, Cape Verde, Senegal, Paris and many more were a tremendous success for Farantini’s brand and photography portfolio. Farantini’s passion for photography can be seen in his work. He continuously strives for perfection and he want to portray elegance and beauty in every picture for his clients. That is why he always says:
