Deze Facebook pagina geeft laat het werk zien van het fotowerk van fotograaf Pim Horvers. Afgelopen 5 jaar heeft hij een veelzijdigheid aan onderwerpen in beeld gebracht en zich specifiek toegelegd op de disciplines bruids- en familiefotografie. n van hem. Als fotograaf hecht ik er veel waarde aan dat de momenten die mensen beleven zo natuurgetrouw mogelijk worden vastgelegd. Met bovenstaande spreuk wil ik aangeven dat ik het belangrijk vind emoties vast te leggen en deze in foto’s te laten herbeleven. Door middel van deze pagina wil ik mijn brede interesse en passie voor het fotograferen van mens en emotie met anderen delen. Almost back from a long journey to the remote Dolpo area with the beautiful Phoksundo lake. Invited by Nepalese photographer Gorakh Bista to film the 25th anniversary of the in Dho (Dolpo) located Crystal Mountain school founded by the French NGO Action Dolpo. Being in the remote in the Dho and Taksi valley we ended up meeting amazing sharing people, seeing a beautiful culture, taking great photographs and establishing a new project for our NGO on this remote and for us new location.

We call you our father: We have the most complicated relation I’ve ever engaged in, even with the physical distance we have I feel very close to your life and daily problems. I miss you many times deeply. We are from a very different place and grew up totally different. Apparently this doesn’t mean we can’t feel attached. I hope to spend many more happy moments with you!

The story continues. At least until today. Let’s hope the tribe will stay to exist and they can bare the struggle for their traditional form of life. Changes in the natural habitat and environment in Nepal are getting to rapid. We try to cherish the moments and document there extraordinary lifestyle, culture and tradition.
