At Ronin JJ Camp Ibiza Rafa Mendes focused on what truly defines Jiu Jitsu — concepts, timing, and efficiency. Three hours filled with insights that went far beyond technique. He reminded everyone that mastery begins when you stop memorizing moves and start thinking Jiu Jitsu. 🥋🧠
