So in my previous post I told you about the research I did on what part of a photo gives it its appearance. You’re surely curious what my conclusion was! Well it isn’t very surprising for us photographers, because my conclusion was that changing no matter which part of the photo also changes the appearance. These ‘parts’ that I’m talking about are everything you can think of - so for example that’s your model, the background, the lightning… and so many other things! I think it’s important to know this as a photographer because all we’re trying to do is to capture a wonderful picture, with a fitting appearance. For the photographers, how do you manage to choose the right combinations of these “parts in a photo”?

Did you know that I’ve done a research about what part in a photo gives it its appearance? For a school subject named “cultural artistic education” we needed to combine a research with a so-called “artwork”. I researched what feeling people got while looking at a certain photo and for every photo I showed them, one part of the photo changed. In my next post I will share my findings with you, I’m curious what you think my conclusion was? Let me know! 💁🏼‍♀️

Woah, first post of 2021 for me! Happy new year everyone ❤️🥳 I think this photo needs some context though 😂 I went to the forest with my mom and dog to take some pictures, but my dog is, well ehh lets say, not the best model ever 🤪 He constantly wants to run, you would say that’s a good thing: it gives you the opportunity to get some amazing action shots! But most of the time he runs into a completely different (and the wrong) direction 😂😭 So we use some cookies to get his attention and to be able to take some nice photos. Well, what you see here is the result of trying to let him sit down and just look up. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Even though this isn’t what I would like to see, I still LOVE the photo! What do you think? 🤷🏼‍♀️

While most people prefer to go to the beach during hot days, I often prefer to go there during autumn 🍂🌊 That’s when the sea gets rougher and when you get to see the most beautiful waves (not to mention the impressive sky) 🤩
