Delivery flight of this F-35.
25 February 2026 was an busy millitary day at Eindhoven. The Herculesses never realy stood static, always on the roll. Furthermore. 4 A330MRTT's took of, together with an visit of an Chibook and this F-35, freshy of the productien line in Italy.
After circling the field twice, he arrived at final via a very fast, sharp turn. The first time, it was only 17 meters off above ground before he went around; the second time, it was considerably lower, at about 2/4 meters.
That the F-35 is a fighter jet with a powerful engine was clear after these two go-arounds. Almost everyone on the parking deck of parking garage P4 was pumping with adrenaline and rubbing their ears.
