When you have an urban elopement, timing is EVERYTHING!!
Always always always plan main photo taking time into the early morning (sunrise time). This is the only time of the entire day when you can get some privacy for taking photos. You'll feel much more comfortable and at ease when posing. When there are hundreds or thousands of people around you, there is no room for you to pose, everybody will be looking at you and your uncomfortable feeling will show in your photos.

This is why I always plan each location based on the time when there are the best conditions. From crowds, sunrise and sunset times to sun's direction, so that you'll have the best possible experience and photos 🥰❤️

Imagine eloping in the Dolomites, Italy. It is winter. Slow morning in a stunning 5-star hotel, ceremony at a private lake. Blue hour at the famous lake Braies. On the next day you go snowmobiling in the mountains and end up at a party with the locals in a mountain hut. Day after the elopement you get these 42 sneak-peeks. We were on top of Seceda, it's winter, it's windy. I basically had to yell so that the couple would hear me woth this wind 😅 You have to get your shots very fast so that the couple wouldn't freeze. This is where guiding them very fast and clearly becomes extremely important.
I just found this in my camera roll from a year ago and I think it is hilarious to listen to my own reactions 😂
