There’s something about capturing athletes mid-rep — all instinct, repetition, and drive. This shot was taken during Crossfitopen 25.2 local, where the energy in the room tells its own story.

As a crossfit photographer I capture more than just movement — I love to capture that exact second of full focus. No posing, no performance. Just presence.
This is what I love most about these moments: raw, real, and 100% in it.

Don't worry I didn't forget about black/white photography - it's still my favourite. Yoga outside is just a next level experience, being one with mama nature. I can literally see call upon the divine and draw energy out of the sky. Can you see it too? 🥰 Yoga during sunrise with the most magnificant view!

Sisterhood 🌹

Sometimes, I forget how powerful it is to connect with a group of women who share the same goal: to heal and grow together. One of the most beautiful aspects of retreats is the connection that begins to blossom within the group. A safe space is created, where everyone holds space for each other, allowing each person to show up as their authentic self. This shared vulnerability helps us grow together. In a way, each woman becomes a mirror, reflecting parts of ourselves. As I told this incredible group: "You have no idea what we, as a group, are capable of if we choose to continue connecting and healing together. We could literally rule the world!"

For many years I notice how so many women become self-conscious when having their photos taken. They critisize how they look and feeling insecure. We're all influenced by a certain beauty standard portrayed by media. I wish we could all embrace our beauty, myself included. Since the Maria Magdalena retreat, I feel a strong desire to help women see themselves truly as they are - as beautiful in all aspects.

During this retreat we put on some music, danced around the lavender field and let our true beauty shine. 🌸📸💃

There is a profound beauty in women coming together to hold space for each other, embracing one another exactly as we are. In these moments of unity, we find strength, understanding, and a deep sense of belonging. This Maria Magdalena offered us a magical time to heal and grow together, away from the daily hustle and into a sanctuary of sisterhood 🌹 It's within these sacred gatherings that we share our stories, honor our journeys, and uplift each other. Here, we are reminded of our innate feminine power 🌹

🌹🌹There's no better way to find connection and have space to truely show yourself than in a women's retreat or women's circle. To be hold by a group of women who see you exactly as your are is magical. A place to heal and grow. I went to the retreat by and in the South of France. Not only did I participate I was also the photographer of the week🌹🌹
