LavingArt Expressive sketches and soulful portraits, still life paintings by Marian Laving Marian Laving focusses on drawing nudes and painting portraits.

She has been practising in Rotterdam since 1994; at the SKVR. And at her private studio, where she holds weekly sessions with other artists. Short poses and quick, instinctive drawing make her work expressive and full of emotion. In her portraits she likes to expose an inner being and soul, rather than a perfectly similar exterior. Welcome to LavingArt, the digital art gallery and shop featuring paintings and drawings by Marian Laving.

Marian Laving (Tallinn, 1968) is a multidisciplinary artist working with acrylic paint, conté chalk, mosaic, nuno felting, and more. This page focuses on her recent paintings and drawings. Marian was trained as a painter in the Netherlands, where she lived for 30 years. There, she specialized in portrait painting and quick gesture drawing under the supervision of various Dutch artists.

Now living on the Estonian island of Hiiumaa, she brings together her life experiences in her work. She paints the simple yet profound beauty of Estonian nature and island life, with a hint of the old Dutch masters.

All drawings and paintings, with a few exceptions, are available for purchase. The price of both drawings and paintings depends on their size and framing. Most prices can be found alongside the artworks in the album “Paintings for Sale.” https://shorturl.at/CNuXS

Tere tulemast LavingArti – Marian Lavingu maalide ja joonistuste digitaalsesse galeriisse ja poodi.

Marian Laving (Tallinn, 1968) on multidistsiplinaarne kunstnik, kes töötab akrüülvärvide, conté kriidi, mosaiigi, nuno-viltimise ja paljude teiste tehnikatega. See leht keskendub tema viimastele maalidele ja joonistustele. Marian õppis maalikunsti Hollandis, kus ta elas 30 aastat. Seal spetsialiseerus ta portreemaalile ning krokiile (elava modelli kiire visand) erinevate Hollandi kunstnike juhendamisel.

Nüüd elab ta Hiiumaal, kus ta ühendab oma elukogemused enda loomingus. Ta kujutab Eesti looduse ja saareelu lihtsat, kuid sügavat ilu, milles on tunda ka vanade Madalmaa meistrite hõngu.

Kõik joonistused ja maalid, välja arvatud mõned üksikud, on müügiks. Nii joonistuste kui maalide hind sõltub nende mõõtudest ja raamidest. Enamiku hindadest leiab teoste juurest albumis „Maalid müügiks“. https://shorturl.at/CNuXS
