“The Rhythm of Hongkong” 🍜🇭🇰✨

I kept noticing how many elderly people were still working on the streets here.
Not out of boredom, but necessity.

In Hong Kong, a large part of the older population continues working well past retirement age, often in small jobs like street stalls, cleaning or transport.

The city moves fast, but some rhythms don’t fade.

Please give some extra love to my last saved photos from my Okinawa trip (2024) 🤍

A few months ago, my external hard drive fell and required a full data recovery.

Unfortunately, the drive was so badly damaged that not all files could be recovered. This meant I lost my entire Lightroom Classic library — all edited photos from the past three years.

Luckily, they managed to recover almost all of my RAW files, which meant re-importing, re-selecting, and re-editing everything from scratch.

But the hardest part…
I discovered that some RAW files were also severely corrupted — including all photos from Okinawa (Japan) and some from my New York trip.

These images mean so much to me, so sharing what remains feels extra special
