A summer day in Ouddorp ☀️

Sailed to a tiny island and basically had the whole place to ourselves ⛵️

Turns out… I actually am. 😅

At the beginning of this year, I made myself one promise:

This would be the year I got fit.

But I know myself. I don’t stay consistent because I should work out more.

I stay consistent when I’m training for something bigger than today’s workout.

So I signed up for my first 1/4 triathlon this September.

Now every run, every swim and every ride has a purpose.

Funny how putting a finish line on the calendar changes the way you show up every day.

Looking back, signing up wasn’t the biggest decision.

Deciding to become the kind of person who keeps showing up was.

So far, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. 💪🏼

In April 2025, Shaili Pradhani and I explored Ethiopia’s Danakil Depression 🌋 From walking on active volcanic ground to witnessing neon sulfur lakes and vast salt plains, every step felt like entering a different world.
