The East 8 Hold Up | recipe: Kevin Armstrong - Milk & Honey with FLAEGÓ vodka

45 ml FLAEGÓ aged vodka
15 ml Aperol
20 ml pineapple juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml passionfruit syrup

Shake hard with ice, strain over fresh ice. I used pineapple leaves and a maraschino cherry for garnish.

The season is about to start ⚽️, but until the new matches start, I had to find something else to play around with. So I finally tried pixel stretching. something I’ve been wanting to try out for a while.

A little experiment with movement, speed and perspective.

Lilith Bloom – with .distillery

30 ml London dry gin
25 ml purple shiso liqueur by .distillery
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml lavender syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Egg white

Shake without ice, then with. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Koko Klapa – by

45 ml coconut oil fat-washed Genever
20 ml lime juice
10 ml passion fruit syrup

Shake with plenty of ice and strain over fresh ice cubes into a rocks glass.

This is still a favourite of mine. Easy, simple and great. What else do you need?

The Martinez

60 ml Genever (𝗭𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗡𝗔𝗭𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗛)
30 ml sweet vermouth
5 ml Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 dash of orange bitters

Stir with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an orange zest.

Sōzō - inspired by a recipe of Oskar Kinberg (Shiso Fine)

5–6 slices celery
3 slices cucumber
50 ml .official gin
20 ml simple syrup
10 ml shiso liqueur ()
15 ml lemon juice

Method:
Muddle the celery, cucumber, and syrup in a shaker. Add the rest and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora. Garnish with a celery leaf.
