12-02-2022 I packed my cameras and went for an evening ride to take pictures with moonlight it was a beautiful evening beautiful clear starry sky with a moon that was three quarters full was very cold 2 degrees outside thick coat on good walking shoes and refueld mij car and there I went not yet knowing where to just drive to see where I come will end up
jup in Germany after 2 hours of driving I saw something in the corner of my eye looked on Google Maps where I was I was all in Duisburg what I saw in the corner of my eye I had all seen it once before this aroused my curiosity car put aside and orientate where I was with land features and Maps once organized I knew which way to go
from a distance it looks like a roller coaster but a roller coaster with so much light and on top of a mountain seemed improbable the closer i got the more beautiful it got i have to take a closer look
once arrived at a parking space 2.7 km from the luminous roller coaster snake I still have to walk quite a bit to look at the ……. I walk towards it I come out on a path that gradually goes up nicely and quite steeply around it
halfway through I realized it is art a staircase art once arrived at the top of the mountain I came across a sign with the info about this place
it was the art staircase of Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain this staircase is made of zinc and steel designed by Heike Mutter & Ulrich Genth
the staircase is 21 meters high and was nominated in the top 5 extreme staircase in the world
