Hi all!
From now on I will show you at the beginning of every month a new diving destination with my top 20 photos and my own opinion about the quality of the dive sites. Five stars is the highest and 1 star the lowest. I will also provide you some additional information about the type of dives, best dive times, best dive sites and the diving resort I am diving with!
The rest of the month I will try to post every day at least one of my best diving videos here on Instagram.
Anilao is globally recognized as one of the absolute premier destinations for muck diving and macro underwater photography. Located on the Mabini peninsula in Batangas, Philippines, this region is frequently dubbed the “nudibranch capital of the world” due to its incredible density of rare sea slugs and bizarre marine critters. Featuring more than 50 active dive sites just a few hours’ drive from Manila, it is a paradise for both beginners and hardcore underwater photographers.

Top Dive Sites: Secret Bay (muck dive), Twin Rocks (coral dive), Anilao Pier (night dive) and Beatrice Rock (macro dive)
Best Diving Time: From October to May with the best visability and water temperatures from 26°C to 30°C.
Dive Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I will give Anilao 4 out of 5 stars. Diving is insane here, especially when you love small critters like nudibranches, shrimps, crabs, octopus and more. There are so many different species of all of them 😃
