I love spending time in my garden. This year has been wonderful for my flowers and especially my Dahlias. I finally found time to do macro photography again after a while. And how I have missed this….

Marrakesh was so different to what I expected. We got to see this city during Ramadan, during Eid-Al-Fitr and after. It felt special to be in this city at these special times, seeing whole families dress up to celebrate together.

Marrakesh is known for its hectic streets, crowded Medina lots of colors and impressions. What was so great about this beautiful city is that you can also find quiet and serene spots to really enjoy some quiet time.. Le paradis du saffran is one of those places. Just one hour from Marrakesh, run by this lovely lady. The other one is Moroccan teahouse restaurant in the middle of Marrakesh.

On our way to the majestic Atlas Mountains, we made a quick stop in a charming traditional town. Wandering through its lively buyers market, we were surrounded by the rich aromas of spices and vibrant colors. A hidden gem full of sensory treasures. After that off to Atlas Mountains for a wonderful stay, a sky full of stars and a fantastic hike. 🌿🇲🇦
