I’ve had these coloured lights since the beginning of the year and have used them with clients, but I love them so much! So today I grabbed this baby-blue tulle dress and decided to play. 💙 Hopefully this inspires my clients to step outside their comfort zone, experiment a little, and just have fun with it! Embracing a new chapter! After years of using my full name in business, I was encouraged to rebrand into a more 'sellable' name, but something didn't feel right. I put myself in my clients' shoes and asked, would I want to be photographed in a generic studio with predictable results or work with a passionate photographer who truly sees me? The answer was clear! I believe a photoshoot is a celebration of your true self, a special day where you shine. A gift from you to you. That's why I'm happy to announce that I'm staying true to myself and my art, and moving from Aneta Jeremiasova Portraits to Studio Aneta (studioaneta.nl). I pour my heart and soul into every shoot, and I want you to feel seen and celebrated. That’s Z**i—and don’t be fooled by her calm exterior. There is fire behind those eyes.
While selecting images for my new website, this portrait stopped me in my tracks. I love the composition, the styling, the rich colours and the spark in her eyes. It is exactly the kind of portrait I would want to represent me as a business owner.
But what stays with me most is Z**i herself: beautiful, driven, generous and full of heart. She travelled a long way to my studio and chose to share the experience with her best friend, with whom she founded a non-profit organisation.
This is probably the quietest portrait from her session, but to me it says:
Yes, I built something meaningful. I put my heart into it, and I get to share it with my best friend.

And here she is again — Agnes.
This portrait feels like sparkle, softness, and quiet confidence all in one portrait.
What I love about Agnes is that she allowed herself to explore different sides of who she is. Not just one version. Not just one “safe” portrait. We created fashion-inspired images, fine art portraits, delicate bo***ir, and then moments like this: full of personality.
This image has such a beautiful energy to me.
The sequins, the light, the reflection, that little sparkle everywhere — but still, the most beautiful part of the portrait is her expression. Calm. Present. Warm. Completely herself.
That is always the magic I am looking for.
Yes, I love beautiful dresses, dramatic light, texture, sparkle, and all the artistic details. But they are never the real subject. They are there to support the woman in the portrait. To celebrate her. To help her see herself in a way that feels elevated, beautiful, and true.

Some images whisper. Some images glow. And some images sparkle exactly like this.
Agnes, you are beautiful inside and out — and this portrait is pure magic.

Oooh, you are going to see a lot of her.

Agnes came to my studio and gave me something every artist secretly dreams of: absolute creative freedom.

Say no more.

When a client arrives with trust, openness, and the willingness to explore, magic happens. And with Agnes, we created a beautiful variety of images — from high-end fashion editorial, to timeless fine art portraits, to delicate black and white bo***ir.

Each setup showed a different side of her. Strong. Soft. Elegant. Sensual. Artistic. Feminine. Powerful. Simple Agnes.

And honestly, this is what I love so much about portrait photography. We are not just one thing. A woman can be bold and gentle. Classic and modern. Vulnerable and fierce. Playful and deeply elegant. A good portrait session gives space to all of it.

Agnes trusted the process completely, and because of that, we were able to create images that felt truly personal and expressive.

Not only was she happy with her portraits — her husband, who is also a fellow photographer, appreciated the imagery too. And let me tell you, when another photographer sees and understands the work, that is a special kind of compliment.

Fun fact: Agnes biked quite a distance to pick up her images from the studio. I absolutely loved that.

An amazing woman, beautiful inside and out, and such a joy to photograph.

I have always believed that there is a little girl inside every woman — the part of us that still loves to play, to dress up, to move freely, to feel beautiful just as we are.

As a photographer, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to soften. A space where you do not have to perform, prove, or hide. Where you can slowly let your guard down and simply be yourself.

This image of Annika was one of the very last portraits we created during her session.

And I love that.

Because by the end of a portrait experience, something often shifts. The nerves are gone. The “Am I doing this right?” disappears. There is more trust, more freedom, more playfulness. The woman in front of my camera starts to move from a place of feeling instead of thinking.

Annika in this red dress felt so alive — playful, and completely herself.

This is why I love portraiture so much. It is not only about creating a beautiful image. It is about giving a woman a moment where she remembers parts of herself she may have forgotten.

The softness.
The joy.
The play.
The woman and the little girl, both allowed to exist in the same image.

This portrait was actually created for personal branding — but personal branding does not have to mean boring headshots, awkward poses with an open MacBook, or holding a cup of coffee just because “that’s what entrepreneurs do.”
Josien is a burst of energy. Really I have no better way to describe her.
She is a super mum, a busy woman, and an entrepreneur — colourful, vibrant, full of life. And that is exactly what her images needed to show.
Her portraits don’t just represent what she does. They show who she is and how she feels.

With Layla, I share a similar life journey — two women who at some point chose to take their lives fully into their own hands and begin again, towards health, strength, and self-respect. Together we’ve shed around 100 kg, but what really falls away in a transformation like this is far more than weight.

When you change this deeply, the world starts to look different. People look at you differently. Compliments arrive like echoes from a life that no longer feels real. And still, there are moments when the woman in the mirror feels like a stranger — and a becoming.

Layla came into my studio to meet herself. Not the version the world reacts to, but the one underneath it all — her quiet strength, her softness, her truth. A beautiful soul, finally seen in a new body that carries her story forward rather than hiding it.

I’m honestly a little obsessed with these images, and I’ll be sharing more from this series soon.

Some women simply radiate beauty, but every now and then, you meet someone whose heart, intelligence, and presence make them really unforgettable. Mary is exactly that kind of woman.

Not only is she strikingly beautiful, elegant, and graceful, but she also has an incredible mind and a deeply compassionate soul. She is a devoted mother and loving wife, balancing family life with warmth, strength, and kindness. At the same time, she dedicates herself to something much bigger than herself: supporting her community and advocating for women’s health in Kenya.

Mary is a doctor by profession, but honestly… she feels more like a superhero in real life to me. The way she cares for people, uplifts others, and gives her energy to meaningful causes is genuinely inspiring. Women like her remind us that true beauty comes from purpose, compassion, and courage.

It was such an honour to welcome you into the studio, Mary. Your energy, intelligence, and warmth filled the room from the moment you walked in. We absolutely loved having you with us and cannot wait to show the world your beautiful portraits. ✨
