We have entered into a great collaboration with Typhur.

With a stylish aluminium housing, stand-alone function, and very stable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, Typhur's smart BBQ thermometers are a very attractively priced alternative.

The Instaprobe Core is an instant-read thermometer from Typhur that measures the core temperature within half a second and displays it on the bright LED display. The thermometer is water-resistant (IP67).

My first Spanish tapas workshop was fortunately a great success, despite unfortunately some cancellations. The many authentic ingredients created delicious, recognizable Spanish aromas in and around the workshop space that everyone knows when arriving in that lovely holiday country.

The Belgian team Five Q captured the title of Benelux Champion, while the Dutch BBQ Team crowned themselves Dutch Champion 2026.

A fantastic day full of culinary creativity, craftsmanship, and BBQ passion during Grill Days at Landgoed De Salentein. Congratulations to all participants and winners!
