leo, eldolene & sherman 🥰

i did eldolene’s maternity shoot at the start of this year and to photograph her, her husband and little baby boy now at 6 months old was so special 🥹
this beautiful family, left home, south africa, behind and stared their own life and family in their new home, venlo, the netherlands.
i love how they embrace that their son might one day be the one to teach them dutch
and how they keep in touch with family & friends in south africa through video call during this precious time of leo still being a baby 🐣
most of all i love that when i photograph them it feels like i’m spending time with friends 🤍
