I'll be at RTM Games Week this week to photographer the cosplay contestant that compete with the comp by Duh-Cosplay Will also try and capture some streamers that visit the event :)

Been a while for a cosplay-related post on this page 😅 but yes we back with cosplay.
I'll be at DreamHack Rotterdam by RTM Games Week ready to capture your cosplay when you sign up for the cosplay comp by Duh-Cosplay
So you want your photo taken by me now is your chance ;) if you don't want me to take your photo? no worries Jeroen Wolf Photography will also be there to do his magic. So come sign up and you're assured of some cool photos of your cosplay.

A little while ago we started a 4 photographers 1 photo edit challenge. What it basicly is we all edited the same photo in our own style. We choose a daylight photo as starting point so we had the most creative freedom without being limited by the lightsetup/style of an other photographer. It was fun to do and i always wanted to try something like this :)
Some things i learned.
The dynamic range of the nikon d850 is so much better than my canon 6d (already knew it based on internet reviews, but different to experience it first hand)

40 megapixel is too much for my laptop to handle. even though more megapixel is in general considerd a good thing, but in my case it would seriously slow down my workflow. It takes a long time for my laptop to load and proces adjustments that i make. (so note to self, don't go over 30mp :P unless i get a faster processing machine)

I did most my edit in lightroom (which i do most of the time) in photoshop i added the overlays for the color effects and the fire embers
