🧺 It was another great turnout for the Campus Community Picnic on Thursday! About 200 employees came out for the welcome-back-from-summer event, which has quickly become a favorite.

Since the return from summer holiday, Campus has been buzzing as we head quickly toward the end of 2026. Everyone's back, refreshed and ready to innovate! 🚀

Thanks to everyone who joined us. We'll do it again next year!

More new faces at High Tech Campus Eindhoven! 🔑✨ Since the start of 2026, 51 companies have already made HTCE their new homebase.

Time to put the spotlight on the companies that have joined us since May.

🔑 Our colleagues handed over the keys to:
Silicon Integrated, a high-tech startup company focused on high-performance mixed-signal IC design, has moved into building HTC 25.

Puform, a deep-tech company that develops contactless measurement technology and software to quantify key fluid properties has joined our startup community at High Tech Plaza in building HTC 27.

Return Storage, developing and operating large-scale energy storage systems across Europe, has moved into office space at building HTC 5.

1 Cube BV, operating as a comprehensive consultancy specializing in EU projects, has also joined the 3EALITY community at building HTC 37.

Hitachi High-Tech Corporation, providing technology solutions for for semiconductors, healthcare, the environment, materials, and industrial and social infrastructure, has opened its new Innovation Center at building HTC 7.

JKC Media, designing, developing and marketing websites with a focus on digital growth, has moved into building HTC 32.

Jupiter SR, active in spatial reality 3D technology and providing immersive 3D display solutions, has joined 3EALITY, our Spatial Computing Hub at building HTC 37.

🤝 A big welcome also to:
Sparke & Keane, supporting organizations with Strategy consulting, lean project & program management, finance & control and digital transformation & business Intelligence, now located on the 8th floor of building HTC 91.

IS-Wireless develops ultra-resilient Private 5G and 6G networks designed for dual-use: defense and high-demand commercial applications, has joined the AI Innovation Center at building HTC 5.

i2d Consulting B.V offers experienced professionals in Pharmaceutical & Lifescience domains and has moved into new office space at building HTC 32.

GlobalFoundries, a multinational semiconductor foundry, has moved into office space at building HTC 41.

Eurofins has deep roots at the Campus: its Materials Analysis and Reliability labs originated within Philips and became part of Eurofins EAG in 2018. Today, its specialists are a valued knowledge partner within our ecosystem, operating from a highly specialized technical environment supported by the Campus’ chemical infrastructure and environmental permits.

Eurofins EAG Laboratories

Today, we shine a spotlight on Xeltis! Xeltis has already had a year full of milestones, and rightfully so, there has been a lot to hear about them in the news.

Among other achievements, aXess™, Xeltis’ vascular access device for hemodialysis, received CE Mark approval, and Xeltis performed its first commercial implant. On top of that, Xeltis recently secured an additional €20.5 million in funding.

At High Tech Campus Eindhoven, Xeltis is currently establishing a tailor-made cleanroom and technical production environment at HTC 7, supporting the company’s next phase of clinical scaling and commercialization of its breakthrough vascular technologies.

📣 Congratulations to Campus resident VitalFluid on closing a €17.2 million Series A round to take plasma-activated water technology into new markets!

⚡ VitalFluid has spent the past several years building its team and its “lightning in a box” machine from HTC 25. The technology turns water, air and electricity into plasma-activated water, giving growers a residue-free alternative to chemical fungicides.

It’s already being used on more than 100 hectares of commercial strawberry production in the UK, and the new funding will help extend production to apples and grapes, plus a first move into the U.S. market. 📈

Join the next 3EALITY session, where Berend Steenhuisen and Kay Peeters from Nobleo Manufacturing tackle two questions every specialized factory has to answer:

1️⃣ How do you schedule production when every line is different?
2️⃣ How do you invest with confidence while you're still scaling?

During this interactive session, Berend and Kay demonstrate what simulation models and visualization tools can do: deliver actionable insights and a smarter, more transparent alternative to traditional working methods.

They present the Flexible aUtomated Future FactorY, a LEGO assembly line simulated end-to-end using Nobleo's own tools. They’ll walk us through it live so we can see how the model turns production data into decisions.

📚 Hundreds of university students descended on the smartest square kilometer in Europe this week!

🚀 High Tech Campus Eindhoven, homebase to breakthrough technology and innovation for 300+ residents, opened our doors to group after group this week as part of a bigger goal: keeping talent in the Brainport region.

The region needs expertise across many disciplines, and that requires close cooperation between universities and industry.

This week's visits put that model into practice, connecting students directly with the companies and technologies shaping the region and giving them a reason to build their future here.

- TU/e Master Kickoff: We welcomed 200 master's students across four tracks – Semicon & Photonics, Health, Sustainability and AI – for presentations on new innovations and emerging technologies from STENTiT, Teledyne Healthcare, Gilbert, SMART Photonics, eyeo, Philips, LionVolt, Datacation and Axelera AI, then visited NXP Semiconductors, HighTech XL, Workplace Vitality Hub, AI Innovation Center and 3EALITY.

Eindhoven Semicon Summer School (ESSS): 80 students from 32 universities in 16 countries arrived for the fourth edition of ESSS, an intensive week exploring semiconductor technology, hosted at TU Eindhoven. The week kicked off with visits to NXP here at Campus and to ASML, where CEO Christophe Fouquet led a presentation.

- Student Base: Tilburg University Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation
First- and second-year students got a first look at the deep-tech startup and scale-up ecosystem, with talks from HighTechXL and LUMO Labs and a pitch from Forescent.

💡 Student BASE is a new hub at The Strip where education, companies and societal partners connect. They’re tackling the tech talent shortage by bringing students, companies and startups together in a hybrid learning environment built on open innovation.

Student Base will be busy with group visits next week and throughout the year, so wave if you see them around Campus! 👋

Whether you need more space after a funding round, the flexibility to scale back when plans change, or simply finding what best fits your ambitions; with Jesper and Anke, it usually starts with a conversation, not square meters.

Now we’re putting them in the spotlight!
