The purple fields with blooming heather are quite surreal.
I use my macro lens for landscapes because the resulting landscape feels more intimate compared to an image taken with a wide angle lens. I like cozy, secluded places. One of the reasons why I love the forest so much.

When I was going through difficult times, I would put on running shoes, play Stefan Torto's music on my earphones and run for miles. His hauntingly beautiful music would give me energy and make me feel alive again. That's why it is extra special to me that we have collaborated the cover for his new single 'I.O'.

Hunting dappled light in the forest. I am also incredibly fascinated by how different the bark of each tree is. So many structures, textures and contrasts.🌲
