I only got one shot of this iconic landmark and it wasn’t even a great one. Now because of some moron neither myself or anyone else will ever get the opportunity again.

It was around 200 years old and the most photographed tree in the Uk.

The Vital Spark - Inveraray, Loch Fyne

The former "Eilean Eisdeal" was owned by the Easdale Shipping Company before being renamed as the "Vital Spark" in 2006. She is named after the puffer skippered by Para Handy, in the stories by Inveraray born author Neil Munro and also features in a Scottish TV series
