~ Liminal space ~

Unique polaroid lift on watercolor paper, framed with museum glass 💙

My interest for the liminal space doesn’t end with the theory. I combine it in my work-methods. Working with Polaroid is one of those methods.
I never know exactly what the end result will be and it takes 30 minutes to develop. The moment is gone and I never can make the same image 🖤
Now I take this a step further… I lift the Polaroid emulsion on watercolor paper. The emulsion is so thin, it won’t let me control the final image ✨

What a year!
I am so thankful for the opportunities I have got 🙏🏻
I never would have guessed this would happen. So many artworks found a new wall, so many lovely people I have met and so many wonderful exhibitions.

My interest for the liminal space doesn’t end with the theory. I combine it in my work-methods. Working with Polaroid is one of those methods.
