Adrian & Gidi represents the collaborative work of Adrian Woods & Gidi van Maarseveen, a young photography duo based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. They first met at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where they both graduated in 2010. Since 2012 they have been working together specialising in tangible still life and product photography and favour a playful and experimental approach towards work.

A sweet little project from a while back that we somehow never shared 🙈

Looking at it now, it feels like a shame we kept it tucked away for so long. We created these tiny gifts for a client, each one made with a lot of care and detail.

How are you doing, by the way? Social media has not exactly been at the top of our list lately, as things have been quite busy behind the scenes. But the wish is definitely there to start sharing more again soon.

A small selection from the work we created for the launch of Timeline Skincare. ✨

For this campaign, we brought their products to life using abstract paper sculptures, inspired by the shapes and flow of mitochondria. Everything you see here was part of a broader 360 campaign, developed together with the lovely team at .

The project included product visuals, creative imagery, animations, and physical sculptures for their launch events. With minimal and abstract sets like these, the real challenge is not technical complexity, but finding the right balance between form, light, and restraint.

Really enjoyed shaping this world together.

Take a peek into our miniature world 😍

For the Inditex project, we created a special behind the scenes that lives in the very same world as the final animation ✨ We loved the idea of recreating ourselves as miniatures and stepping into that world too, especially for this behind the scenes 😊

It gives a small glimpse into how we work, from the first ideas on paper to sketching, designing, and many many hours behind the computer. This project truly came together thanks to an amazing group of people and collaborators 🙏

Once again we had the opportunity to collaborate with Target on their festive in-store displays! It’s always such a highlight for us and we still can’t get over the fact that our characters can be seen in almost 2000 stores across America!

We’re so happy with how everything came together and hope it brings a little extra seasonal sparkle to every shopper’s visit 🎁✨
