Neza made this honest little behind-the-scenes video while I was photographing a wedding. ( slightly unplanned. )
Somewhere between moments, she asked me a few personal questions about the industry, where I feel we are right now, and where I feel I am.
And it made me realise something. I’ve always dreamt of writing a book. But perhaps this won’t be a book at all.
Maybe it will become a series or a course.
Over the next year or two, I want to gather the things life, creativity, and people have taught me and pour them into something that I can offer to others.
For those just beginning and wondering if they’ll ever find their voice. For those building something from nothing. For those who have spent years creating, only to quietly ask themselves where the joy went.
I believe we are the instrument. Everything we create is shaped by what we’ve lived and how we live right now.
Ps. Don’t forget parenthood, moving countries and all the other good stuff ;)
