NITRO Dragbikes are the Quickest and Fastest in Motorcycle Dragracing!
The absolute Worldrecord is in the hands of Dragbike Legend
Larry "Spiderman" McBride in the USA on the 1/4 Mile.
Rikard Gustafsson is 2nd Quickest and Fastest now from Sweden
in Europe. These are mainly 4 inline cylinder engine's (PUMA) with a Supercharger and Nitro Methaan Injection.
An exception is a 3 Cylinder (Triumph) based TFB.
Or a V4 Nitro Injected (Very rare) they race in the TOP FUEL BIKE class. And then there are TWIN Nitro Dragbikes they can be Supercharged or NA with Nitro Injection with the exception that the "Blown" are limited to a certain engine capacity (1700cc) (To my knowledge, could be 2000cc now)?
And a NA Twin can be 200 CI maximun (3200cc) here in Europe.
Based upon Europe Dragbike Racing for now they did run the 1/4 mile in TFB and that will change to a 1000ft in FIM-E in 2026.
NOT in ACU (UK) NMC in Scandinavie I am not sure what the rule for 2026 will be in TFB.
In Top Fuel Bike class there are also Funnybikes allowed and they must ran quicker then a 6.99 on the 1/4 to be in the field during elimination rounds (In FIM-E).
The Quickest here in Europe is listed here to compare to the highest of Motorcycle Dragracing as in Nitro Bikes.
It is very interesting to see the marginal differences during these record runs! Bear in mind that there were other runs with slightly quicker incrementials during these runs in speed and et but in the end these are the Offcial records World wide.
Jaska proved what is possible with a V-Twin that allways seemed to be impossible.
Bear in mind that he ran multiple times in TFB with his Supercharged V-Twin against the 4(3) Inline Nitro Bikes.
I put Stuart here with his quickest Funnybike in Europe so far.
These are 1/4 runs and one of the reasons I made this post is that
it will change in 2026 in TFB on a International Level and then ran at 1000ft as in USA that allready does that in NHRA as an example.
The reason seems to be because of safety and the high speed that
is ran at the finishline at the 1/4 of over 250Mph!
Peter Svensson allready ran a high speed of 238.65Mph on the 1000ft back in 2012! as noticed of his PB of a [email protected] that means he went of the throttle early as his end speed is lower with over 18Mph. If you look at the list you see the red bars these are the best of all in these runs.
Like Neil has the Quickest 60ft of all! and Jaska has the World record on the 100m and 1/8 Mile with a outstanding 2.479 and a 3.670 that is 6/1000 quicker than Larry!
Like I said these are very narrow margins but creates these incredible runs that are well known in the Motorcycle Drag Racing World.

So the record to beat in TFB in 2026 on 1000ft will be a 4.662 (As World Quickest in TFB) so far, there was no Speed on the 1000ft on the timeslip of this record run by Larry.
Fingers crossed for FIM-E TOP FUEL BIKE in 2026 as the majority won't race on the "NEW" 1000ft rule as it seems te be the case.
It is up to the racers themself what to decide for 2026 and where they will race and compete.
Personally I think there should be a seperate Funnybike class that can run 1/4 like the STTF also keep doing in 2026 in FIM-E.
If there are any different opinions concerning these statistics let me know, this is what i did get and seems to be legit so far.
