I attended my first ever web3 event yesterday 🫣
I was a paid content creator for a tech event for the first time, yesterday (other times, I'd always be a volunteer)
My boss simply said he just wants a video with uniform lighting and I should make it good. I saw a sample of what was expected (it was a full blown cinematic highlight)
P.S: I've never done a cinematic video before... I've learnt passively through loads of tiktoks and practiced just once with a shabby video.
Was I nervous? Yes!
Did I doubt myself when I was first told my job description? YES!
Did I fear not delivering? YES!
But viola, here's the result👏👏
For the first time I planned, shot and edited a cinematic video, I nailed it💯
Not just did I nail it in my head;
📌my client sent a lovely review and promised me a cap😂😅
📌my friends loved it... Iboroh was literally stuck in the loop of watching it over and over, after which she said "this is so interesting"
How do I feel now? Good!
Did passive learning pay off? Yes!
Did I have an advantage? Yes!
Actually I had a handful of advantages and I'll share them in my next post (I promise you will definitely learn from the next post so stay glued to this space🤗🤭)
Anyway, Happy Happy Sunday✝️
Did you know today is Pentecost Sunday?
Reach out and say Hello to the HolySpirit today if you're yet to embrace fellowship with Him.
And have an amazing week👌❤️
P.S: My major advantage for yesterday was the HolySpirit 📌
