Sometimes you have to look back to appreciate how far you’ve come.
The same game I once only dreamed of watching as a fan is now giving me the chance to tell its stories, from the touchline, behind the lens, and in conversation with the players themselves.
In Ikenne, I covered both legs of the Super Falcons’ Olympic qualifier against Comoros and it was another reminder of what consistent showing up can open. From capturing moments on the pitch to interviewing players and documenting the stories that sit beyond the final whistle, every assignment sharpens the craft and builds the confidence to keep going.
I’m still learning. There’s a long way to go and many more stories to tell. But I’m grateful for every opportunity, every connection, and every step forward.
God has been faithful. One story at a time.
To anyone chasing a dream that once felt distant, keep going. You never know how far your passion can take you.
