Alhamdulillah, we have successfully hosted the sensitization meeting with youths, Students and women of our great party on the e-registration exercise of our great party, the APC in Maiduguri, Borno State.

I used the avenue to informed them that, the registration drive is our opportunity to demonstrate organizational capacity. I called on all and sundry to complete their e-registration before leaving the sensitization meeting. I also called them to inform their friends, family, classmates, colleagues and neighbors. Let's make this movement's registration drive the most successful youth political mobilization Borno has ever witnessed. Let's build a stronger APC and more inclusive democracy. Let's build the Nigeria that works for all of us.

*KALABALGE CHAIRMAN INSPECTS ABANDONED VILLAGES, PLEDGES SUPPORT*

Saturday 14th June, 2025.
Hon. Zanna Ajid Musa, the Executive Chairman of Kalabalge, has embarked on a tour of several villages of Kala Balge , which were deserted over a decade ago due to security challenges. The villages visited include Makandiri, Daima, Budul, Sadugumo, Juwe, Sidderi, Kala, Sabkara, Tamsuka, Matarfe, Ashe, Pandiski, Takakura, Misharde, Jarawa, and Sausawa.

The Chairman was accompanied by a team of security operatives, including the army and civilian joint task force, as they assessed the state of the villages. The tour aimed to understand the humanitarian needs of the affected communities and identify ways to support their recovery.

During the tour, Hon. Zanna Ajid Musa witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of insecurity on the villages, which have remained abandoned for over 10 years. The Chairman expressed his commitment to working with relevant stakeholders to address the challenges facing the communities and facilitate their return to their homes.

While specific details of the Chairman's plans were not disclosed, the tour signals a renewed focus on addressing the humanitarian and security needs of the affected areas. The Kalabalge leadership has pledged to work with the state government towards creating a safe and conducive environment for the displaced persons to return and rebuild their lives.

*Royal Solidarity: Zanna Maidala of Dikwa Emirate Joins Shehu of Bama's Coronation Celebration*

Today, Tuesday, February 11, 2025, marked a significant milestone in the rich cultural heritage of Borno State, as His Excellency Professor Babagana Umara Zulum presented the first-class staff of office to His Royal Highness, The 2nd Shehu of Bama, (Dr.) Umar Kyari Umar El-kenemi.

The ceremony, held at the palace of the Shehu of Bama in Bama Emirates, was attended by esteemed dignitaries from various walks of life. Notably, the Zanna Maidala of Dikwa Emirate, Honorable Zanna Ajid Musa Ajid, was present, demonstrating his commitment to fostering unity and peaceful coexistence between the two Emirates Councils.

The Dikwa Emirate, with its rich history dating back to the old Bornu Empire, is one of the successor states to the empire . The emirate has played a significant role in shaping the cultural and traditional landscape of Borno State.

As the Zanna Maidala of Dikwa Emirate participated in the ceremony, he embodied the values of unity, respect, and cultural heritage that define the people of Borno State. His presence served as a testament to the strong bonds between the Dikwa and Bama Emirates, and his commitment to promoting peace and harmony in the region.
