It’s a great week! 🤩

Another highlight of my journey to The Gambia was having MaJac Media school ask me after the conference to facilitate a session for their photography students.

It not only proved to me that I did a great job with the sessions I initially came to The Gambia to facilitate in collaboration with the British Embassy here, it also reinforced my belief that how we show up when no-one is seeing us, will determine how we show up when the right platforms come.

Here I am in The Gambia, in collaboration with MaJac and the British embassy in The Gambia, privileged to be a trainer and a facilitator, teaching other growing photographers on how to fight for our climate through environmental photography.

Environmental photography is a credible tool to create awareness about our climate and which many must harness to support climate action.

It’s been a great time in The Gambia and I must say my heart is both empty and full.
Empty, because I poured it out passionately to everyone who sat under my session, and full because I’ve gained so much more - new relationships, new experiences and reinforced passion.

Thank you for having me again, The Gambia. Let’s do this again 🥂
