Looks like it’s raining PBs for me! Thank you Sporting Life!

But the most beautiful part of most runs are the cheers from random strangers, the pick me ups from other runners, seeing your other friends running too and the views.

Big shout out to everyone who came ,ran and got their free bananas!

I’ve run the Under Armour 10k for the third timeeee!!! And it’ll always remain such a special race to me because it’s the first race I signed up for ever! And for me it marks how much running progress I’ve made over the last 3 years(Can’t even believe it’s been that long).

Forever grateful for the opportunity to be able to run, and to be supported by so many other runners.

Always will be thankful for .ultrablack forever promoting black excellence not just in running but wellness. Changed my life in sooo many ways!

Left hook? Right Jab? 🥊

The good people at .ultrablack planned a boxing class in collaboration with and it was an absolute time! The pre workout was intense , the boxing bags were harder than I expected but having a sip of at the end made the whole experience so clutch .

Beeen spending more and more time doing other things I love outside of photography over the past few months and ENJOYING every bit of it !

Hosted and produced a 3 day DJ Summit ( still so gagged about this )

Worked on my first major documentary (very excited about sharing later in the year)

Did lots of eating, spending quality time with my people and recharging!

Changing things up a bit on here with posting photography and more on here

RUNNING FARTHER is RUNNING TOGETHER! and that’s what cheer station 20 at the felt like! Just a beautiful set of people who were happy to be supporting every and any one who dared to run the Half and the Full Marathon, and documenting these photos made me realize how much bigger than running it is, showing up for others doing these incredible feats make it all so worth it !

S I N M I D E L E live at the Octagon Tour - Toronto ✨

Capturing at the Toronto tour felt like such a blessing and a full circle moment. The last time I physically witnessed her sing to a mic live was in high school, leading praise and worship in the school choir so being able to document this - her using her talent as a means to worship & share Gods love through music globally is something that I found truly special!
