Tomorrow is my 36th Birthday !!! 🎉🎉

Here’s a few tips I’d give to my younger self…

✅ Be Consistent but Open to Change

Create positive habits that become a consistent part of your life - and execute them daily!

But don’t get “stuck” repeating the same daily routine, day after day, if it’s not moving you towards your goals!!

✅ Be Grateful but Never Satisfied

Take a moment each day to find gratitude about how far you’ve come!

But don’t lose your desire and excitement to optimistically strive for more!!

✅ Be Action Taking but Intentional About What You Do

When a thought arises to do something - don’t hesitate or second guess yourself - take immediate action!

But don’t act on things that aren’t in alignment with your goals, values or purpose!!

✅ BE YOURSELF

Don’t allow the opinions of others to dictate who you are or where you want to go in your life!!!
