Many of us dislike failure and setbacks.

There are some lessons that can never be learnt outside failure.

We often see failures as the end of journey and setback that can leave us feeling defeated and discouraged.

However, failure should be viewed as a valuable opportunity for growth and learning. In fact, some of the most successful people in the world have experienced numerous failures before achieving their goals. They gained perfection through that.

Learning from failure is a crucial aspect of personal development, as it can provide us with invaluable lessons and insights that cannot be gained through success alone.

Failure allows us to step out of our comfort zones and discover our true capabilities. When things go wrong, we are forced to confront our weaknesses and identify areas where we need improvement.

It makes us think and have self reflection.

"Why did I fail again?"

"I think my preparations are not enough"

"I need to work harder"

This self-reflection is an essential part of the learning process as it helps us understand our limitations and find ways to overcome them.

By recognizing our shortcomings, we open doors to personal growth and develop the determination to push ourselves further.
