We shot this Valentine’s project twice, and honestly, it almost never made it here.

The first time, we poured our hearts into it… and then everything got lost. Just like that. No warning. No backup. Just heartbreak and silence. 💔
For a moment, it felt like the story had ended before it even began. But we decided we weren’t going to let it die there. So we started again.

The second shoot came with more intention and more fire. I brought in another creative mind and we did the light setup together. An extra model too was brought on board. And I created with a different kind of hunger and creativity.
It wasn’t just a redo anymore — it was a comeback.

Then post-production humbled us. Two sleepless nights. Bike rides searching for electricity. Editing in survival mode. Fighting sleep. Fighting power supply. Fighting frustration. But quitting was never an option.
Because love stories deserve to be told.
Because sometimes pressure is the only thing that reveals the diamond. And sometimes, the second try becomes the real masterpiece.

Valentine’s may be over, but this story is still fresh.

This is an opportunity I’ve been quietly working toward and dreaming about.
From my early days of photography in 2020, I’ve followed Tolani Alli’s journey, constantly inspired by her eye, creativity, passion, consistency, diligence, intentionality, and commitment to storytelling.

One of the intentional decisions I’ve made this year is to be audacious — to step forward boldly and pursue growth without hesitation.
This moment is part of that decision, and it’s only the beginning.
