*Pa. Moses Ayanromade, AYANBEKU posthumously celebrated @ 96* : Your Transition Still a Colossal Loss!
How time flies! It is exactly five months Baba Ayanromade AYANBEKU bowed to nature. Glad his enduring legacies remain unprecedented not only in the ancient cities of Ifetedo and Ile-Ife but also in Nigeria at large!
Unarguably, an Ifetedo centenarian had walked through life with a gentle strength, turning burdens into lighter loads and strangers into family. He was a personality clothed with heart of generosity, resilience, straightforwardness, and integrity!
The man with spirited passion for empowering the helpless and the voiceless. The departure of this great icon with uncommon personality has left behind a HUGE vacuum yet unfilled. As I always see myself as Son-in-law to him, but his perception of my humble was of his own Son. This much he had demonstrated till he took his last breath!
Not as his Son-in-law, but as his beloved Son, we had a filiia bond beyond anyone else's comprehension. His words of admonition shaped not only my marriage but also a spice to my personal life. As one who belongs to the elderly folds, I knew what each of his words meant. He was a man whom I so much respected for his kind heartedness which my golden wife, Dr Funmi Oyinlola is enjoying till date. Most people I had crossed path with affirmed unwavering supports and Philanthropic gesture of Baba to the needy. Traffic of registered condolences at the announcement of his departure to the great beyond justifies Baba AYANBEKU lived a well fulfilled life. These complimentary remarks worth emulating his unique personality!
*His Philanthropic Gestures:*
Alas! This came to the fore as Baba's occupation was to lend credence to helping people in scores. As a show of his philanthropic gesture, Orphans were adopted, nurtured, and trained to see their destiny manifested. Interestingly, at old age of 90, Baba still willfully gave words of admonition to people who sought for one without hesitation. That alone goes to tell the world his legacy remains a scorecard for his scions and wards as his name continues to open doors for them as the future proceeds!
*Ifeolu Maternity Homes:The Legacy that lend credence to generation*
During his active years of meritorious service to humanity, many shining stars and personalities, not limited to prominent Nollywood stars, had their noble birth at the prestigious Ifeolu Maternity Homes in the ancient city of Ile-Ife. These are men of virtues that will always trace their noble birth to Baba Ayan of blessed memory. Just that tax and death are inevitable for humanity. But we take solace in the reality of resurrection of the saint triumphants where we meet to part no more!
Pa. Ayanbeku was a flesh of many parts as his ethoes of Omoluabi had fetched him global fame, recognition, and accolades. May God Almighty continue to grant his departed soul eternal repose, and comfort the bereaved family, Amen!
