The demand for exhibition space at the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair has reached a level that can no longer be ignored.
During the official opening of the 25th OATF, President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah revealed that 1,872 applications were received, but only 455 exhibitors could be allocated space.
After declaring the fair officially open, the President toured the exhibition stands, meeting entrepreneurs, businesses and institutional partners. Her visit reflected what OATF has become: a place where connections are made, products are discovered, markets are reached and ideas can grow.
But the message is clear. OATF has outgrown its present facilities.
Expansion will create space for more exhibitors, stronger business networks, wider market access and greater opportunities for Namibian entrepreneurs.
Watch as the President experiences the fair and calls on the Town Council, the private sector and other stakeholders to support OATF’s next chapter.
