The 4th of November 2026 will go down in history as the day MHSS officially inaugurated Namibia’s first government-owned air ambulance!
In an emergency, where one hour can be the difference between life and death, where 30 minutes can be the difference between a parent losing their only child or a wife losing her husband or mother, the distance between a patient and the care they need can determine whether they live or die. For critically ill patients, hours on the road can be hours they simply do not have.
