Dinner at .cuisine yesterday. Service was great, props to the team and the floor manager. Ingredients used were fresh and tasted good. We had the mantau crab cakes, French onion soup, avocado salad, and baked halibut. I would say all of them were great except the salad, which was not really bad except being drowned in Kewpie sesame dressing.. kind of unexpected for this kind of upper scale restaurant.

Delicious pizza .my ! Definitely worth eating here. Humble owner who put a lot of thought into the ingredients that make up the pizza, each dish made to order. Delicious dough, soft and chewy inside and crispy outside. Well cooked, not soggy at all. If you're looking for great pizza at a reasonable price, definitely pay this place a visit. @ Pizza House

The view from Middle Station! Previously, this was the stop where you had to interchange to take the next funicular up. However, the new line which goes from the bottom all the way to the top was completed some years ago and now Middle Station has been mostly abandoned except for the avid hiker as a checkpoint. What a pity! The view here is more amazing than from the top station.

Apong Guan has been selling apongs for more than half a century. I remember eating them about 10 years ago when I came to Penang with my family. Same uncle, same style, but just older, more hunched, and a little softer than usual. I'm sure the Covid 19 pandemic has taken a toll on all of us. Let's support these local food where we can.
